Serves as a Support Manager in a terminal or en route facility, responsible for planning and directing the operations in the facility; or planning and directing multiple support activities for the facility such as training, quality assurance, traffic management, airspace and procedures, plans and programs, and other facility program areas.
The incumbent is an Executive Officer (XO) at a Level 10 En Route facility. Provides direct supervision to the Operations Managers at the facility. Also, provides guidance, mentoring and discipline to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
